Engine Alignment Tool Compatible for MerCruiser Sterndrives including Pre-Alpha "R", Alpha One "MR", Generation II, all Bravo's, Volvo SX and OMC Cobra. This Tool is similar to P/N 91-805475A1 which used to be P/N 91-57797A3. The length of the bar is approximately 23-5/8 inch. Tool is made from high quality 1045 Steel, and includes an eyebolt which gives you the option of hanging the tool. We have instructions on how to use the tool! Note: Engine Alignment tool consists of two pieces: Working Side & Handle Once Assembled, the tool works just as well as the one piece tools, but have the added benefit of taking up less storage space. This tool was designed to save customers money on shipping. These tools can fit into a Flat Rate Box by weight. Buyers outside the United States as well as in Hawaii, Alaska, and other US territories will benefit the most from the lowered shipping costs.
The Bellow Ring/ Retainer Sleeve Installation Tool made from Aluminum. Drive Shaft Bellow Sleeve Installation Tool helps install the aluminum ring into the Alpha 1 Generation 2, Bravo, Blackhawk U-Joints Bellows.
Gimbal Bearing Installation Tool. This tool Compatible for OMC Cobras, Bravos, #1 Drives made from 1966 to Current makes, including the Pre Alpha(R), Alpha 1 MR and Generation 2.
We have directions on where to drill the hole in the alignment tool for correct lineup. We cannot pre-drill these as different manufacturers make the mounts in different places. Please send us a message and we will email it at your request.
Grease Seal Installation Tool. Used on all Mercruiser #1 Drives, Pre Alpha (R), Alpha One (MR), Generation 2, All Bravos, and OMC Cobras.
