Compatible with Harley Davidson Twin Cam and Dyna models. Compatible with all TC88, 96, 103 and 110s that use the B148 or the B168 bearings.
This set will remove and install the inner cam bearings on both newer and older model Twin Cams and Dyna Harleys. We also have new Koyo (former Torrington) B-148 and B-168 bearings available in our store!

This set includes our Improved collet design. The design sold by others has the whole back of the collet threaded with two slots cut into the threads for turning a wrench on. It's simple, it's cheap, and it's bad. Use that design once or twice, and you may damage the threads where the wrench makes contact, requiring you to now clean up those threads before you can even get the nut off the collet and use it again. We've worked around this issue by moving the threads up on the collet to allow for a more controlled grip and protection of threads.
Improvement: We've also completely redesigned the installer plate, zeroing in on the correct hole placement by taking apart an engine and putting it on a digital drafting table to get the precise placement of all of the important dimensions. This set also includes our Patent Pending window modification to the installer plate. You paid too much for the bike and the tools to end up cracking the engine case because you can't see the bearing! With the redesign, you will never again have to squint through a tiny hole with a flash light!

The kit you need!
Very happy with the quality and overall functionality of this installer/puller. Its not as fancy or expensive as the other guys stuff and as most sane people I'm totally OK with that!! The added value of being made in the USA is priceless!!

4 star rating because of poor communication.
The tool worked great was easy to use. I'm guessing that they don't send how to use instructions. Because if you can't figure out how to use it you probably shouldn't be using it.

Inner Cam Bearing installer tool
This is my third set up for doing inner cams. It is my first set up from MBS. Really looking forward to tossing the olds ones out. I can see the difference in the new collar design over the other cheap branded ones I have used. Fit and finish are much cleaner and the threads are very smooth even before lubrication. I looked at JIMS but the cost was so much more and after comparing this to a JIMS set up a friend has I don't see a difference other than a lot cheaper but still made in the USA.

Great tool does exactly what is is supposed to do. Old bearings out new ones in nicely and smoothly just like you’d want them to go

Gotta have it if doing cam jobs on twin cams! Also less than half the price of Jims one!
