1. GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

• Free Shipping Eligibility: Free standard shipping is valid exclusively for orders shipped to addresses within the contiguous United States.
• Excluded Locations: Free shipping does not apply to the following US states and overseas territories: Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands.
• Abnormal Shipping Costs: While most items qualify for free shipping, larger or oversized tool sets may incur a fixed shipping cost. MBS Manufacturing Inc. reserves the right to cancel or modify any order that would incur an abnormal shipping cost burden. In such cases, we will contact the customer to offer order fulfillment with appropriate, adjusted shipping charges.

2. ORDER PROCESSING & GROUND SHIPPING

• Processing Schedule: Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and shipped the next business day (excluding weekends and federal holidays).
• Daily Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 12:30 PM Central Time (CT), Monday through Friday, are prioritized for same-day processing and typically ship out by 4:00 PM CT. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
• Carriers: Shipping is fulfilled via trusted carriers, primarily UPS or USPS, based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Please note that certain oversized or heavy items cannot be shipped via USPS and will be routed exclusively through UPS or freight carriers.
• Transit Times: Carrier transit times are estimates and not guaranteed. UPS and USPS may not deliver on weekends in all service areas. Periodic stock shortages may also result in delayed shipping; we will notify you promptly if your item is on backorder.

3. EXPRESS SHIPPING

For accelerated delivery, we offer 3rd Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air options at checkout.

• Priority Handling: Express orders are given top priority and are typically shipped the same or next business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Cut-Off Compliance: Express orders placed prior to the 12:30 PM CT cut-off time will generally ship out the same day.

4. ORDER TRACKING & DELIVERY LIABILITY

• Tracking Updates: Once your order is processed and handed to the carrier, an automated email containing your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier's tracking system to update.
• Delivery Liability: In alignment with our Terms and Conditions (F.O.B. Shipping Point), MBS Manufacturing Inc. is not liable for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen ("porch piracy") after the carrier has marked the package as "Delivered." Customers are strongly advised to ensure packages are delivered to a secure location or require a signature upon delivery.

5. ORDER CANCELLATION

• Immediate Notice: To cancel an order, you must contact us immediately at info@mbsmfg.com or via phone at +1 (224) 591-8591.
• Pre-Shipment Cancellations: MBS Manufacturing Inc. will issue a full refund for any merchandise canceled prior to shipment.
• Post-Shipment Policy: Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must be processed through our standard Return policy.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• Return Window: To initiate a return or exchange, you must contact MBS Manufacturing Inc. within thirty (30) days of the receipt of your order.
• Return Authorization Process: For prompt processing, email info@mbsmfg.com with your order number, clear photographs of the item(s) showing its current condition and the original packaging label with SKU, and a detailed description of the issue. Properly submitted requests are reviewed within 1–2 business days. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued upon approval.
• Return Condition: All merchandise must be returned unassembled, in its original packaging, and in new, unused condition.
• Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 50% will be applied to returns of non-defective items that show signs of use, wear, tool marks, missing components, or damaged original packaging.

7. "RETURNED TO SENDER" & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to our facility by the postal service due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package:

• Merchandise Refund: We will issue a refund for the price of the merchandise only upon receipt and inspection of the returned package.
• Shipping Fees: Original shipping and handling charges are strictly non-refundable.
• Deductions: The exact cost of return shipping assessed by the carrier will be deducted from the final refund amount.

8. REFUNDS & MANUFACTURER DEFECTS

• Non-Defective Returns: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are subject to the restocking fee outlined in Section 6.
• Manufacturer Defects: If the returned merchandise is verified by our technical team to have a manufacturing or material defect, MBS Manufacturing Inc. will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement item or a full refund at no additional cost to the customer. No restocking fee will be applied.
• Method and Timing: All approved refunds are issued strictly to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are processed within two (2) business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

9. GOOGLE AGENTIC COMMERCE ALIGNMENT

These Shipping & Returns policies apply universally to all purchases made through the MBS Manufacturing Inc. website, as well as transactions completed via connected automated AI-powered commerce channels, including Google Agentic Commerce and the Google Universal Commerce Protocol (UCP).
